Terms and Conditions
Standard Price List
All fees charged will be those in my standard price list. The price list will be reviewed periodically and prices charged shall be those in effect at the time of the service provided.
Photoshoot packages
In exchange for the photoshoot fee which is payable before delivery of images, I agree to provide one 40 minute photo session. Sessions shall be pre-booked and no liability will attach to me in the event of cancellation or postponement by me due to circumstances reasonably beyond my control. In this event a mutually agreeable alternative time and date will be offered and this will be the limit of liability to the client.
Custom studio sessions
Other than photoshoot packages, fees will be agreed with the client and session fees payable in advance.
Location Sessions
I will at my discretion agree to provide location photography for an agreed fee which shall be payable in advance. Charges for the first hour will include return travel costs and time. Charges for the second and subsequent hours are in the standard price list.
Cancellation
Studio sessions pre-booked by the client and cancelled less than 24 hours beforehand may be charged for. Location sessions cancelled less than 24 hours beforehand will be charged at the first hour fee agreed.
Payment
Payment will be made as specified in these terms and conditions in cash or by personal cheque supported by a cheque guarantee card. Business cheques are not accepted.
Images
I will supply and demonstrate to the client(s) computer screen images of the photographic session. Unless agreed otherwise or precluded by circumstances I will provide the agreed number of images as shown in the price list. On receipt of payment of the published fee the images requested and any CD disk included will be supplied to the client and copyright in those images will then be transferred to the client. Images will be supplied in JPEG format and whilst all reasonable care will be taken in the use or supply of computer equipment software image files and materials, no warranty is given against file corruption or software infection or any consequential losses arising therefrom.
Warranties
Whilst all reasonable care will be taken to preserve the images taken and supplied to clients, no liability beyond the return of fees paid can be accepted for loss of image, image quality, non-acceptablity of the images to the clients or for failure to preserve or copy images once the client has paid for the finished disk.
Colour Matching
Due to the limitations of digital photography, colour matching of images cannot be guaranteed.
Indemnity
The client agrees to indemnify the photographer against any liabilities claims or expenses arising from the client's use of the image.
Liability
The client agrees that my liability shall be limited to public liability. Any client property brought to photograhic sessions shall be the responsibility of the client and no liability can be accepted for loss, damage or other occurence.
Copyright
Unless otherwise expressly agreed between the client and me, including the signing of a model release form, copyright in the images taken during sessions shall pass to the client on payment of the disk fee agreed or published.
Privacy Policy
I fully respect the privacy of clients and I am registered under the Data Protection Act 1998. Other than with the express consent of the client no images or other personal information will be provided to third parties. I reserve the right to satisfy myself of the identify of purchasers or enquirers.
Terms
By booking a session or other service from me the client agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions and that they shall constitute the entire agreement between the client and me. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of England
